We are happy to make new ones, if we incorrectly send to you. Those will be covered 100%. Otherwise, a new order will need to be placed if it is a consumer error. We do not cover any mis-ordering. Consumer will be responsible for correct product & shipping charges. 

Our leads are highly conductive, steel cable instead of silicone coated wire. The OEM leads are susceptible to internal breakage.  Ours have a 400+ pound breaking strength.

We offer 10' and 16' ($3 add on).  Custom lengths can be made with an additional determined charge and lead time. Just add to special instructions if requesting outside of the 16'.

The leads we carry are posted in our store. Anything outside of that we do not have at the moment.
